 Policies

If a fraudulent chargeback is made from an order placed, an email will be sent to contact the person whom the order was placed to retrieve the payment for the received order. We will allow 48 hours for a reply or for money to be sent to our accounts. If no reply is received, we can rightfully take legal action to obtain the payment. 

Processing for Shipped Order

Please allow 48 business hours for the processing of your Ready to Wear Unit. Ready to Wear Units will be shipped no later than 48 hours after the receipt of your order. 

Custom Units require up to 15 business days for processing. Custom Units will be shipped no later than 15 business days after the receipt of your order.

If there is a delay in processing your order you will be notified via email.

Shipping

Shipping on all orders may take up to 3-5 business days via USPS and requires a signature upon delivery. Once shipped, a confirmation will be sent via email.

Back Orders and Pre-Orders

Back order units can take up to 21 business days to ship out. 

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is limited to those in Hampton Roads and the surrounding area.

After pick up is chosen at checkout, you will receive an email concerning Pick Up details within 24 business hours. Local pick up hours varies every week & pick up times are between 4PM - 6PM EST. PLEASE RESPOND TO PICK UP DETAILS EMAIL WITH THE DATE AND TIME THAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU.
