Where do I go to place an order?Orders can be placed on www.shopwiggoddess.com. Wigs can be found under the SHOP Tab. Tape Ins can be found under the Shop Tab as well.

Can I place a custom order?Currently we are not accepting custom orders.

What types of customizations will my unit have?Customizations vary by unit. All customizations will be listed in the Product Description under WIG SPECIFICATIONS.

What is the processing time for my order?All orders are processed within 48 business hours from the time the order is placed.

When should I expect to receive my order?All orders are processed within 48 business hours from the time the order is placed. All weekly restock orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. The standard delivery time is 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary due to conditions caused by COVID-19. Build Your Goddess Orders have a mandatory wait time of 14-21 consecutive days (3 weeks). Some orders may ship before the entirety of the 3 weeks but no longer than the allotted time. After 3 weeks your order will ship & can take 3-5 business days to deliver.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?An order can be canceled only if the cancellation notice has been received prior to shipment. If the item has been shipped prior to receiving your request for cancellation, the item must be returned in order to receive a refund. Once the item has been returned in new and unused condition a full refund will be provided. Cancellation requests can be sent to info@shopwiggoddess.com.

How do I get a refund?A full refund of your order will be granted when the item(s) purchased is returned in new and unused condition. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
